Steve combines deep technical expertise with a proven track record delivering complex solutions in mathematical modelling, model-based systems engineering, and embedded real-time software.

Dave is a former Navy Commodore with extensive leadership experience in space and defence. Most recently, he led UK Space Command’s Capability function, overseeing the development of its Low Earth Orbit programmes.
Prior to that, he was the senior leader for the UK’s MILSATCOM programmes. A strategic leader with deep technical expertise, Dave was awarded a CBE last year for his distinguished service to the Royal Navy and the UK.
Chief AI Architect
With a PhD in environmental and geospatial modelling and 20+ years in climate research, data science, and AI, Margaritha brings rigorous analytical depth to complex systems. At Engineering is Easy, she works across aerospace, defence, and space on technical architecture, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
As founder of Living is Easy, she applies the same systematic approach to human performance. A certified Proctor Gallagher consultant, she works with leaders on the subconscious patterns that shape behaviour and results.

Richard is the former Managing Director of Airbus UK, a role he held for nearly a decade, during which he oversaw the delivery of multiple civil and government technical programmes.
A highly respected senior leader in the space sector, Richard now advises corporate partners across the UK and Europe on growth strategy and programme development.
Space Solutions Consultant
Phil has over 30 years of experience in shaping strategic initiatives and executing high-impact programmes. A Chartered Engineer, he recently retired as a Royal Navy Captain having led the Ministry of Defence’s future development of Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT) as well as holding leadership roles across maritime ship building and combat system programmes.
